stage and lighting
Each year, the Montreux Music & Convention Centre (2m2c) hosts the Montreux Jazz Festival and many other major shows, both variety and classical music. In the two halls, it has significant stage and lighting equipment dedicated for this purpose.
Stravinski Auditorium:
- on-stage technical grid consisting of 6 motorised booms and battens with a payload of 450 kg each
- stage lighting consisting of 120 conventional spotlights, 30 slave spotlights and 120 DMX-controlled circuits
- DMX 4 universal connection infrastructure
- 322 m2 stage consisting of 21 motorised platforms allowing multiple configurations
- high-level sound system with 48-input digital console and Line Array diffusion system
- configurable seating through the use of 26 motorised elevating platforms for each of the seating tiers
