An event coordinator, your single point of liaison from the moment you first make contact with the Montreux Music & Convention Centre (2m2c), assists you throughout the preparation and execution of your event, right up until invoicing, providing you with advice and suggestions that will ensure its success. The coordinator acts as the interface with our teams of specialists and identifies the expertise needed to apply the best matching solutions. On D-Day, the coordinator will work with our Welcome and Coordination team, who will be your on-site partners and who can act immediately on last-minute orders or modifications.They will also provide your participants with assistance through their "concierge" and "business centre" services.

To supplement our internal services offering, we also offer additional services provided by outside contractors who are referred by the 2m2c for the quality of their work.
